Position hours are Mon – Fri. 5:30am – 11:30am possibility for more hours.

Essential Functions:

Cooks have to prepare and cook food products for customers maintaining the highest level of product quality, cleanliness and sanitation. Some cooking experience is needed. Provide prompt and efficient service to customers in a courteous and friendly manner while striving to exceed customer expectations with hot fresh food. On the job training is provided.

Key Responsibilities:

• You must be 21 years or Older
• Provide exceptional guest service. Be courteous, always greet and thank all customers.
• Works hard to achieve goals
• Prepare all food items as directed in a sanitary and timely manner. Ensuring high quality product
• Follow company recipes and presentation specifications
• Maintain and operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently
• Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation
• Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
• Restock items as needed throughout the shift
• Keep track of inventory levels for food products to ensure accurate supply of all ingredients needed for all recipes and food items.
• Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
• Organized, detailed and enjoys following standards and guidelines
• You are required to obtain a county Liquor card and Food handlers card required or will need to obtain upon hiring.

Physical Requirements:

· The prep/cook position requires constant standing, bending and reaching with a moderate amount of manual dexterity. Frequent lifting of 1 to 5 pounds and occasional lifting of up to 40-50 pounds are required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
