Position: Cook
Shifts Available:
- 11:00 am – 7:00 pm. Monday – Friday plus every other Weekend.
Essential Functions, Duties, and Responsibilities:
- Prepare food in accordance with standardized recipes and special diet orders.
- Meet time schedules for serving of meals and snacks.
- Ensure food items are prepared, cooled, and stored in adherence to corporate, local, state, and federal guidelines.
- Supervise and set up a steam table for Main Dining Room and tray line meal service to facilitate organized, speedy, and sanitary delivery of meals.
- Check outgoing food for proper amounts, types, and quality of food.
- Properly care for dietary equipment.
- Maintain compliance with OSHA, Department of Public Health, and Board of Health Standards.

Cook Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare food service preferred.
- Proof of COVID19 Vaccination AND BOOSTER Required.
- Must be able to follow production sheets and standardized recipes.
- Basic knowledge of therapeutic diets.
- Must be Serve Safe certified/Allergy Awareness
- All applicants are required to pass a background check including CORI
