Stillwells Restaurant is now hiring for an entry level Line & Prep Cook position. Some kitchen experience is preferred. We will train if you have the right attitude and work ethic. Must be available weekends & Holidays. Wages vary with experience and hours vary depending on your availability. Please apply in person at The Lodge Holiday Inn Resort and Stillwells Restaurant.

Cook Job Responsibilities:

• Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies.
• Prepares food items and making sure not to over-prepare estimated needsDate all food containers and following FIFO, making sure that all perishables are kept at proper temperatures.
• Cooks food items by grilling, frying, sautéing, and other cooking methods following recipes and portion standards.
• Return all food items not used on next shift to designated storage areas, being sure to cover and date all perishables.
• Maintain cleanliness and complies with food sanitation requirements by properly handling food and ensuring correct storage following OSHA standards
• Cleans and sanitizes cooking surfaces at the end of the shift.
• Performs inventory checks and completes food storage logs.
• Perform other duties as requested by management.'
