HALL Group is a 55-year-old company whose primary business activities include real estate development, ownership, management, leasing, commercial real estate lending, vineyards and wineries, and private equity and venture capital.
The Construction Coordinator will be heavily weighted toward supporting loan servicing and ensuring loans comply.
Responsibilities
- Review Hard cost portions of each draw/subcontractor invoice.
- Work alongside HSF Compliance Officers throughout the loan due diligence, closing, and servicing process.
- Keeping track of Subcontractor notices/and liens
- Assist in reviewing equity
- Perform other duties assigned by the manager.
Qualifications
- B.A./B.S. degree in business, finance, or a relatable field is preferred.
- 1-3+ years of work experience in the Legal department as a Project Manager/Coordinator in construction.
- Knowledge of G702/703 and pay applications
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, with multiple and changing priorities while maintaining strong attention to detail
- Strong interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills are required
- Knowledge and understanding of various risk management practices
- Good analytical and reporting skills
- Experience and knowledge of compliance issues
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office software, specifically in Excel
- Commercial real estate and/or financial services experience is preferred
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
