Essential Functions
- Provide exceptional service to our customers
- Provide administrative support for multiple loan officers
- Possess and demonstrate a solid understanding of consumer loan regulatory compliance
- Manage consumer loan workflow to ensure transactions move efficiently through all stages
- Prepare consumer loan application packages, early disclosures, closing documents, adverse action notices and all other consumer documents using various computer programs including Laser Pro
- Participate in the secondary market origination process by entering applications online and uploading customer data to clear conditions using the vendor portal
- Order, compile and review due diligence for new and renewed consumer loan transactions
- Manage all servicing tasks for consumer loans including post-closing review, collecting trailing documents, tracking insurance and processing paid loan
- Utilize the core processing system (Fiserv) to accurately process monetary transactions, perform loan maintenance and resolve balancing issues
- Cross-train to learn commercial documentation and provide back-up support during peak times
- Demonstrate proficiency with traditional application software programs (spreadsheet, word processing, database and scheduling) to perform required daily tasks and manage ongoing loan servicing
- Manage time effectively, prioritize work appropriately and consistently meet deadlines.
- Produce professional and articulate written correspondence
- Understand and adhere to all established company policies and regulatory requirements
- Complete all required bank training and adapt concepts and procedures
- Maintain a professional image with a clean and uncluttered work area and organized loan files

Physical Demands
The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. This is largely a sedentary role, requiring use of typical office equipment such as a computer, laptop and phone. While performing the duties of this position, the employee is regularly required to sit, use hands and arms, talk and hear. Able to lift 5 lbs.
Position Type and Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Travel
Travel is not expected in this role.
Required Education and Experience
- 5 years of consumer and residential mortgage loan processing experience
- 5 years of consumer and residential mortgage loan documentation experience software
- Current, relevant experience and training on consumer loan regulations including TRID
- High School diploma or GED
- Proficiency in office software
- Models positive and supportive behavior
- Effective, professional written and verbal communication
- Delivers excellent customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional demeanor
Preferred Education and Experience
- LaserPro software experience
