A full time Consumer Experiences Specialist job in Woodinville, WA is available at Ste. Michelle Wine Estates (SMWE). As a Consumer Experiences Specialist you will coordinate primarily external and internal private events and tastings requests while providing exceptional customer experiences. During concert season you will work with the Events Team in various support roles. This role does have weekend and some evening events.

Consumer Experiences Specialist job responsibilities include:
- Effective and concise communication, written and verbal across multiple departments and locations throughout SMWE including Sales, Marketing, Communications, Guest Services, and external contacts to ensure elevated level of service and experience for all guests
- SMWE contact for preferred vendors and outside agencies.
- Various duties related to events including: wine sample ordering and coordination, scheduling and timeline troubleshooting, menu coordination with preferred caterers, audio/visual and additional administrative functions as assigned by department managers
- Assist Concert Manager with various projects related to concert season.
- Interface with creative services and digital departments to coordinate print and web projects including initiate job request, proof drafts, track deadlines, etc.
Position Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years of age with high school diploma or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Hospitality Management, Communications, or related field
- 2 + years administrative support role experience preferably in hospitality, with event planning experience strongly preferred
- MAST Class 12 Permit and Food Handlers card required
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with advanced level of proficiency with MS Office, including Excel and MS Visio
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
- Excellent organizational, critical thinking skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.
- Professional demeanor with ability to work effectively with international partners, customers and all-levels of internal personnel.
- History of responsible use of alcohol and other appropriate conduct, as well as fitness to be licensed, permitted, and/or certified by state and/or local regulatory bodies
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to approx. 50 pounds
- Ability to sit at desk for extended period
Your Compensation:
$46,323.00 - $60,188.00 per year based upon relevant experience.
