Our Franchise, SERVPRO® of Chattanooga | SERVPRO® of Bradley County is hiring a Construction Operations Manager who can utilize their experience in construction and remodeling to help property owners put their building back together after suffering fire or water damage.

Our franchise seeks a detail person who is confident and has the drive to lead a team servicing our clients and customers. You must be able to take charge, be an entrepreneurial-minded leader, thrive in a fast-paced environment, work on multi-level projects, stay focused on goals, driving projects and tasks to completion. You must be able to problem solve, work well with a small team, provide leadership, and hold others accountable. If you can’t do that, please don’t apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of Project Managers responsible for inspecting properties and then preparing and executing a detailed scope of work for all necessary repairs and renovations.
• Will review estimates and contracts prepared by our team for our clients and property owners.
• Will take an active role in large and more complex projects while delegating more routine projects to the team.
• On large and complex projects will perform final walk-throughs with the property owner in order to achieve outstanding customer satisfaction.
• Will be responsible for the division's performance including Profit and Loss, Customer Satisfaction, and the allocation of human resources, both as employees and subcontractors.

Position Requirements:

• Construction/Restoration industry and management experience preferred
• IICRC certifications preferred
• Effective written and oral communication
• Intermediate math skills
• Excellent leadership skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Knowledgeable at job costing, and quality control
• Ability to successfully complete a background check subject to applicable law
