We are seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to lead our team of skilled tradespeople and construction helpers. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all on-site activities to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, including managing resources and personnel to meet project timelines.
• Monitor construction progress, ensuring that the work is completed to the highest quality standards.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate their work with other on-site activities.
• Ensure that all work is performed in accordance with safety regulations and company policies.
• Interpret plans and specifications and provide clear instructions to the team.
• Order and manage materials and equipment required for the project.
• Maintain daily logs, record keeping, and prepare reports as required.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role as a Construction Foreman or similar position.
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Familiarity with construction software and tools.
