Concord Music Hall – Security Team – Job Description

Maintain safety of guests and employees and card guests entering the venue.

Available to work a variety of hours, days and shifts, including weekends (Are a must).

Ability to effectively communicate in order to perform and follow job requirements in written and spoken direction.

Ability to multi-task calmly and effectively in a busy, stressful environment.

Responsibilities include

Ensure the overall guest experience exceeds expectations and anticipate guests’ needs.

Use tact and good judgement when dealing with guest challenges and respond to guest needs with patience and courtesy.

Immediately communicate any issues with questionable guest behavior, special needs, etc. to Management

Get along well with others and be a team player.

Other duties will be assigned as needed.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Night shift
• On call
• Weekend availability

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Security: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
