We are hiring talented, outgoing, and driven full time Bilingual Concierge Agents to join our Suntuity team! If that sounds like you, we would love to meet you!

Day to Day Responsibilities:

• Assisting customers throughout their solar project providing proactive communication at key touch points.
• Resolving customer concerns that arise on assigned projects ensuring the customer experience is satisfactory.
• Inbound/Outbound Calls, with a goal of over 40+ outbound calls completed per day and over 2 hours of total talk time.
• Act as the customer champion inside of Suntuity as you coordinate with multiple internal departments to ensure the customer’s solar installation journey is absolutely seamless.
• Be passionate about the Suntuity customer experience, always putting our customers first.

Must Haves:

• Fluent in Spanish, must be able to speak,read,and write.
• 1-3 years of customer service experience.
• Exemplary communication skills and phone etiquette.
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and manage time effectively.

Preferred Skills:

• Solar experience is a plus, but not required.
• Call center experience
• Proficiency with CRMs /Quickbase, Five9,Salesforce

Hourly Rate: $18-25/hr

Location: Holmdel,NJ office with the opportunity to work hybrid remote.
