SUMMARY:
CREEK TECHNOLOGIES is seeking a full time, on-site Computer Operator in support of the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) with Defense Logistics Agency (DLA). The successful candidate provides end user support to include tracking of incident/service requests; utilizing BMC Remedy; providing hardware/software configuration of desktop, laptop, thin clients, mobile devices, printers, and scanners support. Other support activities include installations, moves and changes, asset management, wireless device, and mobile computing support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Ability to evaluate state-of-the-art computer hardware and software and its application to support specific requirements and to interface with other equipment and systems.
· Ability to troubleshoot bottlenecks and propose recommendations for their elimination and make recommendations for system improvements that will result in optimization of development and/or maintenance efforts.
· Will require on-site travel using personal vehicle, company van, company golf cart or another motorized vehicle.

QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must have valid state driver’s license, personal vehicle and proof of insurance.
· Must be fully 8570 compliant and hold one of the following IAT Level II or III certifications: Security+CE, CASP CE, CCNA Security, CYSA+, GICSP, GSEC, SSCP, CCNP Security, CISA, CISSP (or Associate), GCED, or GCIH
· And one of the following computing environment certifications: 98-349 – Windows 10: Windows Operating System Fundamentals, MCDST, MCITP EDST, Bomgar Remote Support Administrator, MCITP EDA, MCSA: WS2012, WS2016, MCSE: WS2012, WS2016, SA: WS2012, WS2016, MCITP EA: WS2012, WS2016, MCITP Data Base, Any Microsoft Certified Solutions Master (MCSM), Any Microsoft Certified Master (MCM), MS Networking with Windows Server 2012 or 2016, or MS Identity with Windows Server 2012 or 2016

EXPERIENCE:
Minimum two (2) years of relevant experience.
CLEARANCE:
Must be a US citizen. Must be able to obtain and maintain a DoD Security clearance required.
SALARY RANGE:
Commensurate with education and experience.
