In this role you will be responsible for Creating and maintaining employee benefits language databases for plans, e.g., 401(k), profit sharing, money purchase plans for clients, e.g., prototype plans, volume submitter plans, in compliance with current IRS plan requirements, reflecting current IRS as well as DOL required language. Submits employee benefit plans to IRS on client’s behalf and ensures timely and accurately filing. Ensures client’s elective provisions and options are accurately selected in system screen entry. Ensures IRS submission package, summary plan descriptions, administrative forms, and plan administrator guides accurately reflect client’s plan. Works with consultants, attorneys, technical writers, and clients to create and maintain employee benefits language databases. Analyzes and determines language changes. Verifies changes are documented in mark-ups. What you will need: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or equivalent combination of education and related experience. 5+ years of compliance testing tenure 1+ year of experience working with Relius software Advanced written and verbal communication skills What we offer you:A career at FIS is more than just a job.
