We are working with a leading postsecondary vocational institute! We are currently seeking an experienced collections representative to join our team! This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing team, offering training and room for growth! This position is fully remote- candidates must be local to the Philadelphia, PA area.

Responsibilities:

· Manage a queue of students to obtain payments

· Handle inbound and outbound calls

· Collect payments and/or set up future payments

· Process payments

· Explain bills to customers and negotiate payment plans

· Place reminder calls to clients

Requirements:

• 3+ years of collections experience
• Strong communication skills
• Previous work from home experience is a plus
• Strong MS Office skills

Details:

· Full Time, Shifts available M-F 8am – 4pm. 2 days/week 1:30pm-9:30pm/2pm-10pm. 2 Sat./month 8am-12pm

· Pay: $16/hr (+ monthly bonuses after probationary period!)

· Location: Remote (local to Philadelphia, PA)
