We are looking for a Collection Specialist to join the Team. Your duties will include:

• Report on collection activity and accounts receivable status
• Contact contractors regarding overdue payments: Handle inbound and outbound collections calls
• Monitor accounts to identify outstanding debts
• Process payments and refunds
• Resolve billing and customer credit issues
• Manage the relationship with the collection company

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
• A minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
• Strong understanding of billing and collection processes.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly-skilled in negotiation.
• In-depth knowledge of laws and policies related to debt collection.
• Good administrative skills.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $16.00 per hour

• Monday to Friday

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Office: 1 year (Required)
• Collection management: 1 year (Required)
