CNA / Nurse Assistant - Behavioral Health

Local Rate $31.00

13 - Week Contract

4/24/2023 - Anticipated Start Date

Mid 5x8-Hour (14:30 - 23:00)

• MUST HAVE WA LICENSE

Experience: 2 years of behavioral health experience working with psych patients, dementia, or Alzheimer patients.
Ideally, a hospital setting but will consider SNF/LTC as long as they have experience working with behavioral health.
Be comfortable with using Seclusion and restraint as a last resort
Weekend Coverage: Will be determined during orientation and nurse availability
Overtime is available contingent on the census

COVID Vaccinated. Must be double-boosted prior to starting.

Orientation: 1 week
Floating: Staff may be asked to float to the units below
Forensic Services Unit (FSU) - FSU is a 95-bed inpatient unit for patients who enter the forensic (legal) unit in the hospital
Geropsychiatric Unit (GPU) - GPU is a 101-bed unit that provides inpatient psychiatric evaluation and treatment
Adult Psychiatric Unit (APU) - APU is a 91-bed unit that provides inpatient hospitalization for adults 18 to 50 years old

Schedule: The schedule makes changes due to need and census. Evenings and nights are the direst to fill. The facility request all travelers to be flexible and will coordinate during orientation.

Pay: $37.00 per hour
