Clinical Trainer /Medical Assistant Trainer or Instructor

Sadler Health Center is recruiting for a full-time Medical Assistant Clinical Trainer to join our team.
As the Clinical Trainer, you will support our Mission to advance the health of our community by providing comprehensive primary care, including medical, dental, behavioral health, medication-assisted treatments and case management services to our patients.
You will be part of a team-oriented model as Clinical Trainer and be the first point of contact for our medical clinic employees needing new-hire orientation and onboarding training and as well as introduce them to of clinical concepts, practices, and processes. You will be asked to develop and deliver training on medical equipment used in the clinic. You will be responsible for facilitating Sadler’s Medical Assistants Training program and supporting some of our community Health efforts.
Your Electronic Health Records experience will be put to use to help develop, deliver and update technical training for our team at all levels.
Our Clinical Trainer must have Practical Nurse Certification or Associates Degree in Practical Nursing and an active LPN PA license and BLS certificate. We also require a minimum of 2-3 years of experience working with a Primary Care or Internal Medicine practice. Preference will be given to those who have a medical training certificate or experience. This is an onsite role, and you may have to travel between sites to support the training of staff.
We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including a generous PTO benefit! The pay range for this role is $24-28 per hour.
