Job Title: Clinical Manager

Location: Golden Valley, MN

Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 Annually

Schedule: Full Time Monday-Friday with weekend rotation

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced clinical manager to oversee the provision of high-quality home care services to our clients throughout our 21-county service area! A successful candidate will be responsible for managing the clinical staff and ensuring that all aspects of care is delivered to the highest possible standards. A component of this role will be to develop and implement staff training and development programs that promote ongoing professional growth and skill-building.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the clinical team and ensure that all staff are trained and competent in their roles.
  
• Develop and implement training programs for clinical staff, including orientation, ongoing education, and continuing education.
  
• Monitor staff performance and provide feedback to improve the quality of care.
  
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards.
  
• Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the delivery of care.
  
• Provide leadership and support to staff in order to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
  
• Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives to enhance the delivery of care.
  
• Foster a positive and professional work environment for staff and clients.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Nursing or related field is preferred
  
• Current and valid Minnesota nursing license is required.
  
• 3-5 years of clinical management experience in home care or a related field is preferred
  
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
  
• Experience in staff development and training.
  
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements and standards in home care.
