About Us

We are a small but rapid growing Cosmetics/Skincare Contract Manufacturing company located in St. Petersburg. We are looking for a Client Onboarding and Success Manager for our cosmetics line. This critical role as the Client Onboarding and Success Manager will be responsible for onboarding new clients, managing relationships with existing clients, spontaneously suggesting new products to clients, conducting sales and marketing, and managing current clients’ projects. You must have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, self-driven, independent thinking and creativity, sense of ownership and marketing, possess great communication/negotiation skills, and have a passion in the client services field.

Tasks and Responsibilities:

· Coordinates & conducts regular communication sessions with existing clients to ensure customer satisfactions, suggest new products/ideas to clients, provide solutions on clients’ issues and concerns, and discussing any ongoing project progress

· Own the entire RFP process in collaboration with Client Services to ensure the best of offering is highlighted to meet the client’s needs

· Ensures execution of plans through regular communication & interaction with Procurement, Production, and Fulfillment teams

· Acts as a Project Manager to oversea a portfolio of current clients’ projects - from research & development to obtaining final client’s approval; work with internal cross-functional teams to ensure quality projects delivered on-time; able to prioritize among multiple projects

· Provides new market insight and propose new products to existing clients

· Leads business planning process by developing & utilizing analytics & insights to drive marketing strategy, preparing timelines, process communication, and conducting collaborative planning cycles with clients & brands alike

· Answer clients calls and reply to email inquiries in a fast-paced environment.

· Act as a point of escalation for complex client and process issues

· Resolve high-priority client escalation

· Assist new prospect clients’ inquiries, answering questions by working with internal Production and Research teams

· Prioritize daily tasks and direct assignments to aid in maximizing efficiency.

· Manage Ad-hoc projects as needed

· Review sales invoices for completion and collection, work with Accounting to ensure proper billing and payments

Skills and Qualifications:

· Must have a passion of working in the beauty industry

· 5+ years of Account Management/Sales experience in beauty or pharmaceutical industry

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills

· Able to quickly on your feet to customize creative solutions

· Capacity to manage rapid growth that requires changes to systems and facilities

· Be service-oriented, team-oriented, creative, and passionate about serving clients

· High attention to detail and a sense of urgency

· Possess excellent problem-solving skills

· Managing work in a professional manner and working well with others

· Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite

Position details

  • Permanent, full-time position; hours are Mon-Thu 7:00am-4:00pm and Fri 7:00am-1:00pm

Salary

· 40k-300k (Base + Commission)

· We offer up to 10% commission for new orders

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $40,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
