Client Success Manager

Energetix Holdings is looking for a new Client Success Manager for our employment screening business. We are a rapidly growing company based out of Oklahoma City and are seeking an entry-level Client Success Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for recent college graduates looking to launch their career in management and business. If you do not have a college degree but have held leadership or management positions in previous jobs, we will consider this experience in lieu of a degree. We will provide full training for the right candidate and offer opportunities for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
• Learn the ins and outs of employment drug and alcohol testing programs so you can assist clients with their employees' screening needs
• Assist in developing client account strategies and processes
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and success
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients
• Attend various conferences within the United States to further develop your knowledge of our industry

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field or previous management experience
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Must have a growth mindset
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• A valid driver’s license

We offer a competitive starting salary range of $35,000 with a pay raise to $42,000 a year after training is complete. Training is typically completed within 90 days to six months based on how fast you can learn and pick up new things. We also do quarterly bonuses that can add up to $7,500 per year on additional compensation.
