Job Summary
The Client Service Associate (CSA) is an support role on the client account management team. Your responsibilities include preparing client reports, administering client data gathering and maintenance, scheduling client meetings, and responding to administrative client queries
Key accountabilities
In this role, your client service responsibilities include:
- Ensuring timely responses to all client correspondence and inquiries
- Identifying opportunities to improve our client service processes
- Contributing to the overall firm client service rating in the top two highest scores on CFWM’s annual client survey
- Supporting your client account manager and senior client account manager in creating and ensuring accuracy in presentation materials, preparing for meetings, and following up with post-meeting deliverables
- Assisting in client onboarding, with evolving participation in additional client meetings within your first year
- Building trusted, collaborative relationships with our custodian’s operations teams to execute cashiering, deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions properly and accurately
Your technology responsibilities include:
- Basic working knowledge of Office 365 Suite
- Developing expertise in our firm’s technology and software tools and platforms within your first year of employment and ultimately assuming firm-wide training responsibilities for these platforms
- Managing the firm’s CRM vendor relationship and others as responsibilities increase over time

Education,
experience
licenses and
designations
We seek the following in our client services associates:
- Two years of financial services experience (preferred); experience as a Registered Investment Advisor intern, in general business, or in a client service role will also be considered
- Experience working with a custodial operations team is desired
- Licenses and designations may be acquired on the job, but the ability to acquire them and the desire to expand your knowledge to bring value to the firm are paramount
Salary and Benefits
We offer:
- Salary based on experience, in the range of $35,000 to $50,000 annually
- Performance-based incentive pay opportunity
