Valure Spa & Laser is looking for amazing Client Relationship Associate to join our growing team.
****If you have experience selling memberships (tanning, gym, etc) or skin care products that would be a big plus!
We are willing to train the right people -- even without experience -- as long as they are happy, professional
and ready to provide five star customer service to our guests. Must be motivated to sell.****
Hourly pay plus bonuses.
***So what does a Spa Associate do? Our Spa Associates could be called Spa Ambassadors!
You represent our spa from the first phone call of a new client to the check-out of our last guest.
We need you to impress everyone you meet!***
Responsibilities Include:
- Answering all incoming calls
- Scheduling appointments
- Confirming appointments
- Greeting and checking-in/out customers to perform excellent customer service and connect with each customer
- Effectively educating/selling clients on spa memberships, enhancements, gift cards and future appointments
- Supporting other team members needs to ensure smooth operations
- This is a job that requires a person who can maintain a positive and pleasant demeanor in a chaotic environment.
- Weekend and evening availability maybe required
- Ringing up retail purchases.
- Memorizing all phone scripts
- Managing patient flow so wait times are limited
Requirements:
- Must have a cheerful and outgoing disposition and work well as a team
- Must have customer service background
- Must have reliable transportation
- Must be a fast learner
- Must be able to remember and role play scripts
- Must be good at sales
