Our Benefits Division is hiring an Client Experience Manager
- $45,000/year to start.

Client Experience Managers play a pivotal role.
As an Client Experience Manager you will serve as the single point of contact (day to day) for specific clients assigned. This includes:
- Building Meaningful Relationships based on trust, respect, and care
- Building your Knowledge of Industry Products and Services
- Anticipating needs of clients and creating a positive client experience
- Working as a team to coordinate services from other departments
- Maintain relationships by phone, email, and in person meetings (minimal travel)
- Managing renewals
- Educating employees on their benefits in virtual and in-person group meetings.
- Communicating process, deadlines, and expectations to clients
- Maintaining detailed notes and records
Experience:
- Healthcare Industry or Health Insurance Experience a Plus!
- Willingness to obtain a Washington State Insurance License
- Associates Degree or higher
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, and Word primarily)
- Familiarity with CRM/Customer databases and electronic recordkeeping
- Excellent telephone and interpersonal relationship skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills
