We Want You!

Your Responsibilities. To build a relationship with each client and make them walk out of the boutique with exactly what they wanted. We provide you with the tools to get the job done. Each Client Advisor receives their own iPhone, product training, CRM targets and practical repair knowledge, to assist with in-store repairs.

Your Personality. Are you someone who thrives on one-on-one client relationships? We want you to bring your personality, your strengths and your talents to RIMOWA. Whether you are experienced in the luxury sector or looking to become a part of this community, we want to hear from you. At RIMOWA, every voice matters and makes an impact. Fluency in local language is required.

Your Growth. We offer the opportunity to join the RIMOWA and the LVMH Group. Each boutique has various roles that are vital to our success. Would you like to specialise in our inventory? Become a Stockist. More creative and in tune with your visual side? We think a Visual Merchandising Champion is the role for you! Are product repair and working with your hands more your style?
