DUTIES:
Representative duties and responsibilities are listed, but not limited to the following:
1. Process all phone, mail and e-mail correspondence to Coordinator of Department.
2. Maintain inventory of materials, and supplies for Library. Order
Library materials as needed.
3. Process conferences requests.
4. Audit and approve mileage for coordinator final approval
5. Coordinate calendars, mail, meetings and schedules when needed.
6. Work independently, be proactive anticipating personnel and office needs, be certain the main deadlines are met, make appropriate decisions quickly, be versatile, adapt to a variety of circumstances and exhibit effective problem-solving skills.
7. Knowledge of Microsoft office, Frontline, Wincap Financial, Company Mileage and Follett Library system is helpful.
8. Other duties as requested by Supervisors.
QUALIFICATIONS:
1. Civil Service eligibility for Clerk I: Graduation from high school or possession of an equivalency diploma, plus either:
(A) Four (4) years of paid full-time or its part-time or volunteer equivalent office clerical or secretarial experience; OR,
(B) An associate degree in Secretarial Science, Office Technology, or a closely related field, plus two (2) years of experience as described in (A) above; OR,
(C) An equivalent combination of education and experience as defined by the limits of (A) and (B) above.

3. Skilled in PC applications with experience in Microsoft Word, Access and Excel preferred.

7. Physically able to perform essential functions of the position (with or without reasonable accommodation).
