Who We Are Looking For:
We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Project Manager with a background in Civil Engineering and Stormwater Design. The individual will have responsibility for the technical execution of projects, risk management, and client engagement. The candidate will demonstrate business acumen, including experience with project scope, schedule, budget, change orders, project closure, billing, and payment. The individual will manage multiple projects with minimal oversight.

The selected Project Manager will have the opportunity to lead a team of engineers to deliver on creative, multi-beneficial projects that improve resiliency, foster growth, improves water quality, and supports a community’s vision.

What You Will Be Doing at Woodard & Curran:
The selected candidate will work directly with clients and a team to lead the delivery of civil engineering assignments, including stormwater, site engineering, community development, infrastructure, municipal consulting, and other exciting civil engineering projects. In addition, this position will be responsible for client management, coordinating the work of engineers and scientists, and developing and monitoring project performance. The position will utilize established relationships with clients and regulatory agencies to procure and manage the scope, schedule, budget, and delivery.
What You Will Need To Succeed:

B.S. (M.S. desirable) in Civil Engineering.

Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Massachusetts or Rhode Island.

10 plus years of engineering experience, preferably in the consulting field.

Management experience and technical competencies with site layout and design, stormwater (flood mitigation, resiliency, and water quality), horizontal utility projects (water, wastewater, reclaimed water), site grading and drainage, and experience serving municipalities on an array of municipal assignments, including permitting.

Strong understanding of Rhode Island or Massachusetts Federal environmental regulatory framework, and experience interacting with regulators.

Experience with project management and working directly with clients.

Ability to mentor and develop junior staff.

Strong written and verbal skills are a must.

Compensation
Pay:
This position’s anticipated pay range is provided below; final exempt salary or non-exempt hourly pay will be dependent on experience level as well as considering a % based geographic differential based on where the final candidate will be working. Geographic differentials are used to recognize and reflect cost of labor differences between geographic markets.
Annual Incentive Bonus Opportunity:
Eligible positions may receive an annual cash bonus based on the role’s organizational level, and is represented as a percentage range of eligible earnings**

$105,319.00 - $157,979.00
