Job description
The Chiropractic Receptionist will be responsible for warmly welcoming patients and members to the clinic, coordinating check in/out process, collecting intake paperwork, and smoothly managing the front desk operations of a busy chiropractic clinic. This opening is for full-time job opportunity working in Miami Gardens and Weston. Open availability is required
Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Saturdays needed
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome an average of 50-60 patients and members per shift
- Provide excellent customer service with a friendly and helpful attitude
- Coordinate check in and check out process, directing patients to their destination
- Supporting the doctor's treatment plan recommendations with patient at check out
- Pitch and close membership and package sales
- Smoothly manage the daily front desk operations of a busy chiropractic clinic
- Provide administrative and clerical support via EMR system and Microsoft excel
- Manage and facilitate phone calls with patients, members, and vendors
- Maintain an organized, clean, and professional workspace and waiting area
- Offer referral cards to patients to refer their friends and family
- Ask for patient's feedback from their visit, via Google, Yelp, Facebook reviews
Qualifications
- Sales Experience Required: 1 year minimum
- Front Desk Experience Required: 1 year minimum
- Excellent Customer Service Skills: Exceeding customer expectations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Personality Traits Needed: Leadership, Task Manager, Abstract Thinker, Empathy
- Must be Competitive! *Performance Based Bonuses!
- Computer literacy skills: Typing, Utilizing Software System, Processing Documents, Scanning and Uploading Documents, Email Communications, Excel Spreadsheets
- Ability to work a set schedule based on the business needs and hours of operation
