Chiropractic office - Front Office Coordinator, part time in St. Charles

Our Rapid Recovery Difference is unique to healthcare. Not your normal chiropractor, we focus on getting patients better faster, and keeping them better longer.

Our mix of chiropractic adjusting, doctor massage and rehabilitative exercises helps most patients achieve their pain free target in seven sessions.

We are looking for someone to help us provide patients a valuable wellness experience in our office.

Duties: Patient communications, scheduling, collecting copays, posting daily services and charges, communicating with billing department.

Skills:

• Computer: Microsoft Office, Power Point, Excel
• Math skills to calculate and collect insurance copays
• A pleasant personality in person and on the phone
• Ability to manage people in all situations with empathy
• Able to learn and apply new skills
• An interest in health, nutrition and fitness

Will train a capable candidate. 20-25 hours per week, MWF mornings, MW afternoons/early evenings til 6pm.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $16.00 per hour
