MUST HAVE HIGH SCHOOL DIPLOMA. PREFER SOMEONE WITH CDA (CHILD DEVELOPMENT ASSOCIATE) OR WILLING TO GO TO SCHOOL THROUGH OUR T.E.A.C.H PROGRAM THAT PAYS FOR YOUR COURSES. YOU ALSO WILL BE TRAINED IN PATHS TO QUALITY PROGRAM. STATE ACCREDIDATION PROGRAM.
MUST HAVE A MINIMUM OF 1 YEAR EXPERIENCE TEACHING AND CARING FOR PRESCHOOL CHILDREN. MUST BE RESPONSIBLE. MUST BE DEPENDABLE. MUST HAVE DEPENDABLE TRANSPORTATION. MUST HAVE A WARM, LOVING AND NURTURING PERSONALITY TO BE ABLE TO FORM A TRUSTING RELATIONSHIP WITH CHILDREN. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN BEHAVIORAL RESOLUTIONS. MUST BE TEACHABLE (WE WILL TRAIN YOU ON OUR CURRICULUM). MUST HAVE A PROFESSIONAL WORKING RELATIONSHIP WITH PARENTS AND STAFF.
