Chief Data Officer at a glance
Kraft Heinz is currently hiring a Chief Data Officer within the Global Business Excellence team. As a Chief Data Officer- you will have senior-most responsibility for Kraft Heinz’s strategic use of data- so that the enterprise can perform more efficiently- boost productivity- better engage with customers- employees and other stakeholders- improve existing revenue streams and create new ones- and develop new business opportunities. The CDO will report into the Head of Global Business Excellence and will partner with the CFO- CIO and the entire C-suite.
What's on the Menu?
- Enable Kraft Heinz’s Digital Transformation by promoting a data-driven culture.
- Establish an enterprise-wide data governance framework covering Master Data- Reference Data (e.g. product hierarchies- customer hierarchies) and Transactional Data (e.g. finance metrics- sales metrics-..). It is absolutely key that the framework is not designed as a short-term remediation- but it is but it is built to last with organizational sustainability in mind.
- Establish and lead a global team of BU/Functional Data Stewards. Reporting lines can be both direct and indirect.
- Partner with the Data Science teams to create an enterprise-wide Data Glossary that is harmonized across Functions/Geographies and brings to life our “single data architecture” aspiration. The Data Glossary needs to include clear definitions for all dimensions and facts.
- Partner with the Global Business Excellence organization (GBE) to ensure that the “single data architecture” is process-centric and maximizes efficiency and effectiveness of Kraft Heinz’s business processes.
- Partner with the IT Data Engineering organization to create an enterprise-wide Data Dictionary that is easily consumable by the Data Science teams.
- Partner with the Data Management Organization (DMO) to execute global harmonization of Master Data and Reference data.
