Overview

  • Reports to the store manager
  • Ensures smooth function of department and store by cooperating with co-workers and superiors. Responsible to continuously improve job performance
  • Maintains integrity of the Computer Generated Ordering (CGO) system throughout the entire store. Balance on hand issue investigation and resolution.
  • Daily entire store pick list creation.
  • Responsible to perform daily Out of Stock counts, investigates the reason(s) for the out of stock condition.
  • Maintain Out Of Stock chips
  • Maintain secondary location “Blue Chips”
  • Investigate overstock items from previous deliveries to resolve miss-picks or forecasting issues
  • Create secondary display settings within CGO as directed by store manager
  • Reports to store manager planogram integrity issues
  • Maintains negative inventory report
  • Review of salvage and transfer processes to assure accurate Balance on Hand
  • Works with the regional CGO analyst to resolve issues and concerns regarding out of stock conditions
  • Teach and train others within the store the CGO disciplines.
  • Performs other duties as directed by superiors.

Job Qualifications

Education and Experience
High school diploma or equivalent desirable

Knowledge and Skills

  • Possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to understand simple math.
  • Ability to multi-task.

Physical Requirements

  • Hearing (listening)
  • Lifting up to 35 lbs
  • Reaching & grasping in a confined area
  • Operating CGO Equipment
  • Frequent communication (especially verbal)
  • Sight and peripheral vision (full awareness of surroundings)
  • Standing for extended periods

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour
