CRNA Manager Opportunity in Picturesque Portland, Maine

Northern Light Mercy Hospital in Portland, Maine, is seeking a full-time CRNA Manager to join its professional and supportive anesthesia practice. Here you would be joining a collaborative and congenial team of CRNAs and anesthesiologists who provide pediatric and adult anesthesia across multiple surgical specialties. We have bright, new operating rooms at our recently expanded hospital and outpatient surgical center.

The CRNA manager will have oversight of staffing, scheduling, performance evaluations, payroll and PTO approval, CME tracking, quality initiatives and clinical process improvements, policy reviews, and budget management, while engaging other leaders within the organization and at the department level. The Manager will advocate for anesthesia department at meetings and in policy discussions. An integral member of the surgical services management team, the manager will incorporate both administrative tasks and CRNA services. Come join our team!
