Smartphone Repair Technician

We are looking for individuals who are looking to build a career in our industry. Mobile and computer device technical expertise is required. We specialize in cellphone, Mac/PC, tablets and gaming consoles repair. If you are self-motivated, customer-oriented, and willing to take on new challenges every day we would love to hear from you.

Fundamental Responsibilities

• Must be tech-savvy.
• Must be people person.
• Service, troubleshoot, and repair mobile devices.
• Be able to react with time on problem solving skill.
• Must be able to identify different generation and model of given mobile device.
• Must be able and confidently open, disassemble, repair the parts, and reassembled units.
• Must have basic knowledge on using precision equipment such as microscope, heat gun, soldering utilities and so forth
• Maintain cleanliness around workstation(s).
• Proven ability to maintain professionalism, with a commitment to customer service.
• Must be able to manage job schedules and appointments.

Minimum Education/Experience Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required. Degree or certification in a computer/IT or related field is a plus.
• Must have a valid driver's license, a clean driving record and an automobile in good working conditions with adequate insurance coverage.
• Must be able to pass a background check, drug test.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills required.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends . Our hours of operation are Monday through Saturday from 9am-6pm.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience repairing electronics, smartphones, computer hardware/software, PC/MACs, and game consoles.
• Must have excellent sale skills.
• Previous experience working in a related field.
• Previous customer-facing experience. (i.e. B2B sales, retail, wireless, or consumer electronic sales experience preferred, etc.)
• College students and new grads welcomed. Technical degree or certification in Electronics or Consumer Electronics a plus.
