At least 1 year previous cashiering/cash handling experience is preferred. Prior experience at a gas station/convenience store is preferred.

Must be at least 18 years old.

Essential Functions:

Provide exceptional customer service. Be courteous, always greet and thank all customers while making eye contact. Work professionally with vendors.

Ring up cash and credit sales quickly, accurately and efficiently using Gilbarco Passport Point of Sale System. Sell lotto tickets using lottery terminal and process Food Stamps transactions using EBT terminal.

Maintain cash drawer, secure all funds in safe, and perform cashier reconciliation at end of shift to ensure accurate management of sales.

Perform consistent station cleaning of the indoor and outdoor facilities including restrooms, floors, food service equipment, islands and pumps.

Stock shelves and cooler and check in deliveries from vendors.

Follow federal law and company standards on carding customers for all age-restricted products

Other duties as assigned

Other Requirements

Physical ability to stand for extended periods.

Ability to lift up to 35 lbs or more to move and handle boxes of merchandise.
