Kids First is a fast-growing agency providing ABA therapeutic services to clients across the state of New York. We are devoted to providing quality service to individuals and families. Our therapists help children and young adults diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) reach goals set in treatment plans created by our team of licensed therapists.

What You Will Do

Kids First is looking for an ABA Case Coordinator to join our growing team. As a Case Coordinator, you will:

• Work closely with clients' families and Behavior Technicians to coordinate and staff cases.
• This role requires someone who is capable of providing excellent customer service to our clients' families while working with various departments to ensure proper delivery of ABA services.
• Monitor hourly utilization for all assigned clients on a weekly basis.
• Schedule and maintain provider and client schedules in Central Reach.
• Monitor weekly conversion rates to maintain company standards.
• Ensure all client schedules are properly staffed.
• Monitor client authorizations to ensure all authorizations are active and up to date.
• Coordinate any staffing/re-staffing that may occur with assigned clients.
• Participation in weekly meetings.
• Train new providers and RBT’s on how to retrieve client’s information as well as. convert timesheets.
• Assist with other responsibilities as needed.

What We Are Looking For:
You have/are:

• The ability to communicate clearly and effectively (written and verbal)
• A background in Applied Behavioral Analysis Coordination (coordination experience is required to be considered for this role).
• Experience in clerical and administrative environments.
• Excellent documentation skills.
• Consistent and reliable - our clients and staff members will depend on you to provide timely responses and communication on a daily basis.
• Strong attention to detail and are highly organized and efficient.
• The ability to work extremely well in a team environment.

Pay: $21.00 - $24.00 per hour
