Job Description:As a technician, you will be cleaning carpet & upholstery at commercial and residential properties in the twin cities metro area. Candidates must have great attention to detail, positive attitude, and be able to provide excellent customer-service when speaking to clients. Unlike other companies, we don�t believe in up-selling our customers at the time of service. This means you can focus on doing quality work (and be rewarded for it!) instead of meeting sales quotas. Because we clean for businesses, flexibility in scheduling is important. We provide all equipment, products, and vehicles at no cost to employees.

Requirements:

Valid driver's license and proof of insurance
Clean Driving Record
Positive & team player attitude
Punctuality and dependability
Ability to work in a fast-paced and physical manner
Compensation:

Technicians typically make $30,000-$40,000 in their first year, and $40,000-$50,000 by year 3 or 4. Annual 10% raises and quality of work bonuses provided.
