***As a Clinical Services Coordinator at Edgewood, you’ll have the important role of mentoring and training our caregivers! You will play a major part in demonstrating practical skills along with how to complete the various tasks of being a caregiver and the why behind what we do!***

Are you an experienced and certified CNA and/or MedTech in the Assisted living or Nursing Home environment?

Responsibilities:

  • Train and mentor employees
  • Assist employees to gain mastery in skill competency, clinical reasoning, and professional practice
  • Help conduct interviews
  • Demonstrate the concepts of good patient care
  • Create a supportive and empowering learning environment
  • Document employees’ progress through testing and observation
  • Work with the scheduler to pair new hires with appropriate mentor
  • Meet with each employee to review clinical experience, and provide suggestions for improvement
  • Provide education to employees to treat residents, families and other members of the healthcare team with the highest quality of service
  • Provide ongoing training for all clinical staff
  • Follow HIPAA and all other Edgewood policies

You will be a great addition to the team if you have:

  • Active CNA license
  • Medication Aide certified
  • Minimum of two years clinical experience, desired
  • Passion and drive for helping others
  • Excitement working as a team player
  • Empathy and respect for yourself and those around you
  • A desire to continue learning and improving your skillset's

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
