Carriage Crossing Senior Living at Taylorville is growing our team to keep up with our growning census! We are currently looking for people who have a passion for serving seniors. We are seeking hard-working, dedicated individuals to work alongside a talented and focused nursing TEAM who enjoy working together and love serving our Residents.

The CNA / RCA group is TEAM motivated and pride themselves on providing compassionate, person-centered care to our Residents.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assists with instrumental activities of daily living, assistance with medication reminders, treatments and other care while encouraging selfcare and independence.
• Assists with setting up, serving meals and cleaning up afterwards.
• Provides services as indicated on Resident service plans.
• Assists Residents moving in and out, as assigned.
• Assists with laundry service.
• Demonstrates knowledge of and follows infection control procedures.
• Maintains clean, neat, comfortable safe environment for Residents, staff and visitors, including housekeeping services for Residents.

At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver, or a CNA certification is preferred but not required. A full criminal background check, fingerprinting, physical, drug test, and TB testing are mandatory. Alzheimer’s and Dementia training is preferred, but not required, as it will be provided upon hire.

We have Full and Part-time positions available for Day and Evening Shifts.
