Seeking Personal Care Assistant / PCW / caregiver

We are a growing family-owned in-home care agency based in Weston, WI. We work with developmentally disabled and the elderly. We have flexible schedule opportunities, offer paid time off, and employee referral bonuses.

· Position:

We’re looking for the right person to provide in-home care for two developmentally disabled gentlemen that are fully ambulatory. The beautiful home is located near Alexander Airport Park in Wausau. Pay range is $13-$15 depending on experience.

· Requirements:

Dependability is crucial as we cannot leave our clients unattended or without cares. Must be 18 years or older. Experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right person for the job. Valid driver’s license, insurance, and reliable vehicle are necessary for this position in order to transport clients to activities and errands. Both clients need full shower assistance, help with medication administration, and need full toileting care. Meal prep. One of the two clients requires help with feeding/eating. Housework including but is not limited to: dishes, laundry, vacuuming, sweeping, moping, and dusting.

· Hours:

Monday- 2.30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Two clients. Caregiver may sleep during this shift.

Tuesday- 2.30 p.m. to 8:00 a.m. Two clients. Caregiver may sleep during this shift.

Thursday- 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. One client only.

4 Weekends per year to give other staff time off

Optional extra hours: Every Sunday preferred but can do every other Sunday; 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. One client only.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $15.00 per hour
