Valley College has served thousands of students to help provide well-rounded employees for our local communities for over 34 years and is a growing college! Valley College currently has an opening for a Career Services Advisor at our Martinsburg campus.
The CSA position includes assisting our students throughout their program to build their professional skills, conduct mock interviews, and work with faculty during the Career Development course. This position also includes business development activities for surrounding communities to increase employment opportunities for graduates.
Candidates for this position must be articulate, personable, self-motivated, and professional, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. A positive attitude and a passion for success is a requirement for this position.
A bachelor's degree is preferred, an associate degree in addition to professional experience will be considered. Experience in recruiting and hiring is beneficial.
