We are looking for someone to provide day-to-day leadership and training to team members. Start-up operations of assigned Car Wash Site. Provide guidance and solutions for technical, mechanical, customer, and employee issues or concerns.

Essential Functions:

• Responsible for all financial accounting, including daily reconciliation of cash that comes into the

• Become an active member of the local community by participating in community organizations.
• Back up and fill open shifts, at times with little to no notice.
• Ensure proper inventory of chemicals, office supplies, and uniforms are kept in stock.
• Communicate daily with Market Manager regarding any concerns/issues and answer questions.
• Resolve customer complaints; communicate, assess, and determine vehicle damage costs as

• Demonstrate professionalism at all times, including dressing in appropriate attire.
• Exhibit respectful communication with all customers and team members.
• Track Crew Member hours in order to avoid overtime status.
• Gather money from XPT machines and make an accurate deposit.
• Demonstrate ability to read and understand UniFirst invoices; train others how to read invoices.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements (Education, Certifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):

Ability to stand for the entirety of your work shift.
Sales experience.
Comprehend written and verbal instructions and carry them out.
Must possess excellent judgment and decision-making skills.
Ability to work at least 45 hours per week; be willing to work flexible hours including nights,
weekends, and holidays, which may include overtime.
Understanding of car wash equipment and how to perform maintenance on the equipment.
Understanding of and the ability to train others on UniFirst invoices.
Prepare to be on call as needed.
Ability to troubleshoot and solve car wash concerns at the site.
Have the ability to lift 50 lbs.
Exhibit excellent customer service skills and professionalism at all times.
Demonstrated ability to manage time wisely.
Satisfactorily meet the probationary period monthly reviews and time limit expectations.
Must be at least 18 years of age.
Exceptional leadership skills and the ability to train and support employees on routine and
complex tasks.
Ability to follow procedures and complete paperwork regarding customer complaints.
Willingness to travel up to 25%
