Position Description
ERT is seeking an experienced Capture Manager to join our Business Development team and support ERT's growth objectives. Responsibilities include:

• Responsible for developing and executing capture strategies and tactics for winning business.
• Manage the development of opportunities from pursuit through award.
• Will develop win strategies, value propositions, pricing, lead solutioning and teaming to optimize PWin.
• Performs competitive assessment.
• Manage the budget, schedule, and resources for pursing bids.
• Establish any infrastructure required, processes, and plans necessary and manages their execution.
• Will guide proposal management with assistance from the Proposal Manager.

Required Skills

• 10+ years of experience with a successful track record as Capture Manager for NASA, NOAA, USGS, Air Force or other science data driven government agencies.
• Extensive experience with all stages and aspects of Government bidding, including competitive assessments and Price-to-Win.
• Must have excellent written and verbal communications skills.
• Training and/or certification in business development, capture management, or proposal management (such as Shipley, APMP or similar) highly preferred.
• Experience with opportunities and captures >$50M preferred
• Experience with US Space Force or Air Force highly desired

Must be able to pass a background investigation to obtain a security badge to enter applicable government facilies.

Education
BS in Business Management, Engineering, scientific/technical discipline, or equivalent.
