Job description
Lead the university recruitment effort with various professional, community, and student organizations. Working to identify and develop campus relationships with local colleges and universities to promote ANI focusing on candidates with a strong scientific, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing education/interest.
•Develop strong campus relationships with colleges and universities through placement offices, faculty, administration, and student bodies to promote ANI’s brand and image.
•Develop creative ways to increase ANI’s brand and profile on campus through partnership/collaboration with various professional, community and student organizations.
•Working with candidates and hiring team through the hiring process from initial outreach all the way through onboarding.
•Working with employees across the organization to support their training and development. Oversee and deliver talent development programs at all levels of the organization from new employees to senior managers (including first time manager training).
•Support the design and implementation of the Learning and Development framework and strategy.
•Working to develop and deliver leadership training that align with strategic business imperatives to develop management capabilities throughout the workforce at multiple ANI facilities.
•Conduct or facilitate group and individual trainings, both in-person and virtual.
•Provide support to plan, monitor, and perform ongoing evaluation and assessment of training quality and effectiveness; review and modify training objectives, methods, and course deliverables.
•Monitor, track, and follow-up with employees and supervisors to ensure that team members complete required training and training documentation.
Minimum Experience
Minimum of 5-6 years’ experience in HR/Specialist or the L&D function required.
1+ years of Talent Acquisition and university relations experience.
Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously, proactively problem-solve, and manage competing priorities.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including ability to develop and conduct clear, concise, and relevant presentations grounded in adult learning theory and methods.
Ability to work well in a team as well as independently with limited oversight; is self-motivated and results driven.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and interact competently and professionally at all levels within a global cross-functional environment, while aware of cultural diversity
Preferred Experience:
L&D experience in a pharmaceutical, biotechnology, CRO, or Clinical Research Unit environment preferred.
Learning Management System (LMS) experience preferred.
Content creation application experience preferred.
Experience running a University Recruitment program
Travel:
Ability to travel domestically to Baudette, Minnesota as needed and to the nearby colleges/universities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
