Creative MultiCare LLC., is looking for a Customer Service/Call Center Representative to be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively navigating customer issues and inquiries keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behavior.​

Responsibilities​

• Handling customer inquiries with a high level of professionalism​
• Managing large amount (200) of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner​
• Learning each department’s protocol and standard operating procedures​
• Identifying customers’ needs, clarifying information, researching every issue and providing solutions and/or alternatives​
• Providing information about our services ​
• Building sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile​
• Developing and maintaining a knowledge base of products and services​
• Meeting personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets​

Requirements​

• Previous experience in a customer support role helpful​
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening​
• Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types​
• Ability to multi-task, set priorities and manage time effectively​
• Positive and professional demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills
