We are seeking energetic and reliable professionals to join our team of Call Center Representatives. The successful candidates will be responsible for answering incoming customer calls and utilizing company policies to solve customer issues. Our Call Center Representatives are often the first point of contact for customers' product issues, so we are interested in hiring individuals with a commitment to customer satisfaction and an ability to make quick and accurate decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Answer customer questions.
- Research and resolve customer problems.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Coordinate resolution of customer complaints with multiple departments.
- Deal with difficult customers.
- Answer basic phone support questions for customers.
- Resolve problems and system malfunctions.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
