New Italian seafood concept on the Newburgh Waterfront, from the team behind Heritage Food + Drink. Italian cuisine experience/High volume experience is a huge plus!

We are looking for experienced bussers/runners to join us for this Spring + Summer season!

We are a full service, high volume restaurant with 180 waterfront dining seats on the patio, two full service bars (one inside & one outside), 65 seats inside, plus a 20 seat private dining room. The restaurant was custom built from the ground up, so everything is brand new! We are seeking employees who enjoy the hospitality business and are looking to further their hospitality career. There is lots of room for growth!

Primary Functions:

• Establish and maintain the restaurants standards of service.
• Help assist the servers in all aspects of service - pouring water, clearing tables, etc
• Serve orders by picking up and delivering patrons' choices from bar and kitchen; delivering accompaniments and condiments from service bars.
• Welcome guests in a proper manner
• Prepare room for dining by clothing tables and setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
• Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety, and alcohol beverage control policies.
• Maintain table setting by removing courses as completed; replenishing utensils; refilling water glasses; being alert to patron spills or other special needs.
• Perform basic cleaning tasks as needed or directed by supervisor.
• Fill in for absent staff as needed.
• Assist with special events as needed.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $600.00 - $1,000.00 per week
