Caretta on the Gulf invites guests to experience Clearwater’s AAA Four-Diamond restaurant. Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico are complemented by fresh, seasonally-inspired cuisine. In addition to Caretta’s standard menu, we are also pleased to offer an all-natural, organic menu with expertly paired organic wines. Culinary connoisseurs will also enjoy the chef’s dinner tasting menu, which includes dessert and wine pairings.
We are currently seeking an AM Busser to join our team with the following qualifications:
*must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
*must be able to multitask and prioritize
*must possess professionalism
*communication skills
*organizational skills
Daily duties will include but are not limited to:
* running food to the tables or restocking the buffet
*resetting and bussing tables
*Collect menu and return them to the Host Area when appropriate.
*Observe tables and take note of dirty, clean, and occupied tables.
*Inform management of guests who are unhappy with the service as quickly as possible.
*Maintain composed, professional and calm attitude at all times.
*Complete all side-work as directed.
*Assist in an entire team effort.
*Perform other duties as assigned
