Position Summary:
The Business Systems Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving our company's business systems and processes. They will work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, develop solutions, and implement changes that will enhance our overall efficiency and effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, project management, and information technology, and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Analyze business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and document functional and technical requirements for software applications and systems
- Work with software developers to design and implement software solutions
- Lead projects from inception to completion, ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget
- Conduct user acceptance testing to ensure software meets requirements and specifications
- Provide training and support to end-users on new systems and processes
- Develop and maintain system documentation, including user manuals and training materials
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, information technology, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in business analysis, project management, or a related field
- Experience working with SaaS or cloud-based software solutions preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and Agile methodologies
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneous
