Job description
In this role, a team of on and offshore staff coordinate and process client requests for quotes received by email or via API intake into our system platform. The Business Operations Coordinator handles the timely intake and transmitting of appraisal bid detail between our valuation professionals and clients with a high level of accuracy.
Duties and Responsibilities
Processes emails requesting quotes in shared mailbox, via system platform and web leads.
Coordinates and update professional’s login credentials via a secure vault.
Accesses client portals for sourcing property details.
References various resource documents as well as internal and external apps and platforms ensuring quotes handling accuracy to client requirements, research of prior appraisal, and potential issues.
Coordinates with professionals and/or other groups in efforts to progress stalled quotes.
Follows a standard mailbox structure and core SOP above company guidelines.
Other duties as assigned.

Education and Experience
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) with a minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
Prior experience as an Operations Coordinator or similar role preferred.

Ability to comprehend and interpret instructions, short correspondence, and memos and ask clarifying questions to ensure understanding. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from clients, co-workers, and/or supervisor. Ability to present information to an internal department and/or large groups of employees.
Financial Knowledge
Requires basic knowledge of financial terms and principles. Ability to calculate simple figures such as percentages.
Reasoning Ability
Ability to understand and carry out general instructions in standard situations. Ability to address problems and demonstrate basic analytical skills.
Other Skills and/or Abilities
Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite (10 or above) products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
Familiarity working with Smartsheet and Adobe software.
