The business office manager is vital in the day to day operations of our senior living facility. Accounts receivable, accounts payable and human resources are the most important parts of the job. Being a team player, a leader and very organized will make you shine.
The successful applicant will be able to :
Directly manage and supervise the communities business office, and oversee day-to-day operations
Coordinate and oversee all human resources, payroll, billing and operational processes within the department
Account for administrative budget and provide reports to management as needed
Review weekly payroll report and address associate payroll concerns
Required skills and qualifications:
Associate’s degree preferred
Two years of office experience, including some managerial experience
Exceptional organizational, time management, and basic mathematic skills
Advanced computer skills, specifically with Microsoft Office
Flexible schedule, including availability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed
