Accurate C&S Services Inc creates safer and healthier workplaces through global background screening, drug testing and insurance paramedical services. Depending on the level of experience, we may consider a junior level candidate and provide tools to grow and develop. Local candidates only please.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and prioritize strategic target account lists starting with existing lists and targets;
  • Strong communication & relationship-building skills;
  • Coordinate and plan client contact events, from lunches to annual industry events and remote networking opportunities;
  • Maintain and foster relationships with business partners, including site visits and attendance at trade events, golf tournaments, etc.;
  • Present sales pitches, product reports and other valuable data to potential prospects in a way that promotes the company brand and mission;
  • Research and identify business opportunities to penetrate both commercial and federal markets;
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify product/service improvements, modifications or changes that could enhance overall performance and attractiveness of our platform;
  • Experience responding and marketing to Federal agencies in addition to commercial opportunities;

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in a BDR, SDR or similar high-volume sales/customer-facing role;.
  • Friendly and excited to work with a small company to deliver outsized business results;
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, a high degree of attention to detail, and strong organizational and analytical abilities;
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Salesforce (or other customer relationship management [CRM] software);
  • Manage and prioritize multiple tasks with clients and colleagues;
  • Be the first point of contact our prospects have, acting as a brand ambassador to evangelize our products and services;
  • Identify decision-makers and the optimal way to build a long-lasting relationship with them;
  • Looks for ways to improve and promote quality; demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness
  • Understands business implications of decisions; Demonstrates knowledge of market and competition
  • Develop plans and strategies for business development and achieving the company’s sales goals.·
  • Implement and manage the use of budgets.·
  • Provide quarterly and yearly forecasts to executive management team.·
  • Define and coordinate sales training programs that enable staff to achieve their potential and support company’s sales objectives.·
  • Manage customer expectations and contribute to a high level of customer satisfaction.·
  • Define sales processes that drive desired sales outcomes and identify improvements where and when required.·
  • Monitor customers, markets, etc. activity and provide feedback to company’s leadership team and other company’s departments.

Status: Flexible work schedule, Prefer Full-time; may consider part-time. Partially remote after 30 days. Please indicate interest of part-time or full-time

Salary: $55,000 - $80,000 commensurate with experience

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
